We read every message and answer as quickly as we can.
Useful in a first message: which service the ride came from, which service it was going to, roughly when you rode, and what Nabe showed next to it. We never ask for your passwords.
My ride did not count towards Training Status
Two things have to happen. Nabe hands the ride to Garmin Connect as a recording from your own watch, which is what makes Garmin do the maths at all. Then your watch has to sync, because Garmin calculates on the device, not in the file. On an Edge, sync twice.
A ride says "skipped"
Skipped means the destination already has that ride, and the reason is written next to it. The usual case is a bike computer on the bars and a watch on your wrist during the same ride. Sending a second copy would only give you a duplicate, so Nabe leaves it alone.
Nabe says the Garmin session expired
Garmin offers no official interface for this, so Nabe works from a signed-in session on Garmin's own login page. Those sessions do not last forever, and Garmin changes the login from time to time. Tap the card at the top of the dashboard and sign in again. Anything that was waiting goes out right afterwards.
A ride is missing altogether
Check three things in this order: the source service really has the ride, the route from that source to that destination is switched on, and the ride happened after you connected the source. Nabe only picks up what arrives after a connection is made. Older rides are sent on purpose, from the list, with a duplicate check first.
Does Nabe change my ride data?
Only the device identification in the file header, which is the part that makes Garmin calculate. Route, heart rate, power, laps and timestamps pass through untouched. Export a ride from Nabe and you always get the original file, never the rewritten one.
Managing your subscription
The first 30 days are free and complete, with no account and no payment details. After that a subscription keeps the routes running. Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us, so they are managed on your iPhone under Settings, your name, Subscriptions. You can cancel there at any time, and the subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Changed device or reinstalled? Open Nabe, go to the subscription screen and tap Restore purchases. Your purchase is tied to your Apple Account, so nothing is lost.
Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue them, but write to us anyway if something went wrong, because we would rather fix the cause.
Deleting your data or your account
There is no Nabe account to delete, because there is none to create. What Nabe knows lives on your iPhone, and three steps remove different parts of it.
- Signing out of a service in Nabe removes its access and the recordings Nabe kept from that service. Delete data in the app removes the recordings without signing out.
- Deleting the app removes its database, the activity files kept for transfers and the network log.
- The date you first opened Nabe stays on purpose, in the iOS keychain and in iCloud key-value storage, so that reinstalling does not restart the free period. Deleting the app does not remove it. It holds nothing but that date.
Rides that were already transferred belong to the destination service from then on, and you delete them there.
Which services work with Nabe?
At launch: Wahoo, Garmin Connect, Strava, Apple Health and FIT files. More are listed on the home page.

The app sends nothing about you to us. The details, including the small status check the app makes, are in the privacy policy, and the terms of use cover the rest.
